What state and city in USA has the lower rates for car insurance please?
Can somebody advise me to a good, inexpensive car insurance company and also what state and city has the lower rates? I finance a ford mustang so i kinda need a full coverage insurance for a good price. Now i`m located in Philadelphia PA…but i`m willing to move. Thank you very much
Minimum required is always fairly cheap, but if you move out of populated areas it’ll be best. Move to Arizona, somewhere in the desert.

I’m looking at a car that costs 2,400 dollars. It’s a 1997 Toyota Camry. It has about 147,000 miles on it. How much would the insurance cost me? I’m 20 years old, have had a liscence for about two years and I live in Exton, Pennsylvania a suburb about 30 minutes from Philadelphia. I have never had any accidents and have only gotten one ticket for speeding. Also is 147,000 miles a lot for this car or is the Camry super reliable?

I am going to start working in Philadelphia and am debating whether to live in philly or south jersey. I am not sure what difference there will be insurance, b/c I know Jersey has high rates, but I expect Philly to be on par
Call 2 independent agents (you may be able to call one, many times independent agents that live close to another state are licensed in both) & say you are looking to move to the area, but not exactly sure where you will be & would like quotes in both places (be sure you get quotes for the same coverages & if you call 2 agents, try to have them use the same company) & compare. I would also get quotes in the suburbs of Philly to see how much that would be.
